Biography:
Melissa Lee is the host of CNBC’s “Fast Money.” She is also a host on the network’s “Options Action” and a member of the cast of “Power Lunch.”
Lee was previously on the CNBC shows “Squawk on the Street” and “Money in Motion Currency Trading.” She has also reported on and anchored several documentaries for the network, including “Made in China: People’s Republic of Profit,” where she reported on China’s growth, challenges and opportunities for American businesses.
Lee has been recognized for her journalistic achievements with several prestigious awards and nominations, including a Gracie Award for Outstanding Host-News, a Gerald Loeb Award nomination and two Emmy Award nominations.
Before she started her career on TV, Lee was a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where she focused on the banking and credit card sectors.
Lee graduated from Harvard.
